UltraJaws Clamps

UltraJaws multi-purpose clamps are offered in a variety of designs. UltraJaws come in many different sizes to accommodate every requirement. Jaw openings, extension lengths and weight capacity vary according to size.

Prong Adjustment
UltraJaws are available in both single and dual prong adjustments to meet any laboratory needs:

• Single adjust clamps require limited space or limited adjustment. The single adjust clamp enables one prong to be adjusted easily while the second prong remains stationary.
• Dual adjust clamps offer a much wider range of modification than the single adjust. In addition, they provide increased flexibility. The medium and large double adjust clamps come equipped with large thumbscrews for easier prong adjustment. Prongs open gradually for precision prong adjustment.
• Both designs reduce the likelihood of breakage by offering precise pressure regulation for glassware surface gripping.
  

Size
UltraJaws are available in small, medium, and large sizes with a maximum grip range of up to 3.9" (10 cm).

• UltraJaws clamps are equipped with non-slip vinyl covers as well as additional fiberglass prong covers.
• Covers can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement purposes. We recommend fiberglass prong covers for temperatures above 212°F (100°C).
• The prong height of the UltraJaws multi-purpose clamps makes them an ideal solution for holding and securing glassware with precision ground glass joints.
• UltraJaws clamps contain extension rods for simple attachment to laboratory lattice frames and other apparatus.
• Additional holders are available for attaching UltraJaws clamps to a frame or other equipment.

Extension Clamps allow the placement of apparatus at various distances from the Labjaws Lab-Frame without compromising the integrity of your experiment.

• Long, seamless tubing securely attaches clamping heads while offering easy positioning in the deepest fume hoods.
• Extension clamps contain round extension handles and can be rotated 360 degrees. They are easily attached to laboratory lattice frames and other apparatus.

Multi-Purpose Swivel and Fixed-Position Clamps

These clamps are equipped with an integrated built-in holder eliminating the need for additional support holders.

Configuration:
Our swivel and fixed-position clamps hold equipment near the frame. The swivel clamps offer a unique holder that attaches to a lattice frame or other apparatus. This enables a 360 degree rotation.

• Q-clamp post holders grip rods up to 0.75" (1.9 cm) and are adjustable for forward or reverse-facing adjustment screws.
• A shaft wing nut allows the holding angle of swivel clamp to adjust through 360 degrees of rotation. Once the desired position is reached, the swivel clamp can be securely locked in place.
• The Double Jaw Utility Clamp swivels 360 degrees and locks in the desired position. It holds two different sized objects: 2.55" (6.5 cm) maximum grip on small two prong and 3.15" (8.0 cm) maximum grip on large two prong.
• Fixed-Position Clamps hold apparatus near the frame when there is no adjustment required following set-up. Fixed-position clamps have an integral holder but can be rotated after the attachment to a lab frame.
